Orders & Delivery
Your order will be processed within 2 days from being placed. Shipping times vary by the method you select, generally the following timeframes apply:
- Economy shipping: 5-8 business days
- Standard: 3-4 business days
- Shipping times are not guaranteed.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on being able to expand to other regions soon.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking number and link you can use to track your order status.
Be sure to add hello@su78.com to your address book to make sure we don't land in spam.
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so please contact us immediately with any change requests by emailing support@su78.com or via our contact page.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to help you to change or cancel your order.
Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the package, carrier and service requested, and its destination address.

Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns for a full refund less shipping charges within 14 days of receiving your product. You are responsible for the return shipping of your item.
Send an email to support@su78.com or reach us via our contact page and we will be happy to initiate your return.
If your items are unworn with original tags and fall under the SU78 return time of 14-days, please email support@SU78.com and include the following iinformation:
- Order Number
- Item(s) that you're looking to return
- Reason for return
Once approved a shipping label will be generated and emailed to you for the return.
Print the shipping label, place your items in the package and attach the shipping label to the outside, then drop off at your nearest courier.
Remember to keep your tracking number. Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued.
We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us ASAP via email or our contact page.
Please include a picture of the damaged item so we can work with you to get a replacement or refund.
Product & Sizing
Our swimsuits are made from a variety of materials including; Recycled Nylon, Spandex, Elastane, Lycra and more.
Please check the specific product pages to learn more about each swimsuit.
For the best results, hand wash your swimsuits and lay flat to dry. The sooner you can rinse your swimsuits after wear, the better.
We use recycled materials and components where we can. Please see each products details listed for every style on the site.
