• Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. SU78 and its affiliates are not responsible for lost Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards.

• Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards will not be returnable or exchangeable for cash, except in states where required by law.

• Coupons and other discounts may not be used to purchase Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards.

• A Gift Card or e-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards.

• Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card or e-Gift Card will require a credit card for the balance due.

HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR BALANCE

To obtain your balance on a SU78.com Gift Card or e-Gift Card, please email the SU78 Customer Service Team email at support@SU78.com. Please note that in most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time.

I AM RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CERTIFICATE OR GIFT CARD, HOW DOES THAT WORK?

Orders with Gift Certificates/Gift Cards as payment will be refunded back to a Digital Gift Card for your convenience. New Digital Gift Card codes will be emailed to your email address on file.

EXPIRATION / SERVICE FEES

SU78.com Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards do not expire and we do not assess any service fees for non-use.
